Piazza del Municipio (Municipal Square) is a very large city square located in the heart of Naples Italy. It is situated near many of the city's top tourist attractions.
The Naples City Hall (San Giacomo Palace), New Castle (Castel Nuovo), San Carlo Theatre, Naples Cruise Terminal (Stazione Maritima) and the Royal Palace (Palazzo della Borghesia) are all located on or near the piazza.

Piazza del Municipio was formerly called Largo del Castillo.
