The Naples Metro (Metropolitana di Napoli) is the rapid transit system in Naples Italy.  At present, the system is comprised of two lines: Line 1 and Line 6.

The public transit system in Naples is an integrated metro, bus, tram, funciular and commuter rail system.

The Naples Metro system started operating in 1925 and is today the third largest system in Italy (after Rome and Milan).
